1. Make sure to insert the left earplug (marked with “L”) into your left ear and the right earplug (marked with “R”) into your right ear—not the other way around. Hold the earplug between your thumb and forefinger.
2. Bring the earplug to your ear, making sure the side with the text is facing forward. It can help to gently pull on your outer ear with your other hand while inserting.
3. Next, gently insert the earplug. Press and twist carefully in your ear until the earplug is securely in place.
4. The earplug seals properly only when it fits completely and does not protrude. Allow your ears to gradually get used to your new custom earplugs. Start with a maximum of one hour and increase the duration slowly.
